Pâtisserie Florentine is a warm & inviting retreat where friends & family can relax over coffee, breakfast, brunch, & lunch. We offer a eat-in or to-go menu & our delicious selection of baked goods are all hand-made, often before your very eyes by our pâtissiers on the baker's stand.

The Zilkha brothers realized their dream, creating a restaurant together in 2013. Chef Tomer Zilkha studied and trained to be a pastry chef in New York and Alsace, France. In addition to his role at PF Tomer is a Professor heading the Hospitality Management Department of Culinary and Pastry Arts at Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey.
Chef Tomer offers approachable, French-inspired fare, made from the rich selection of fresh produce & artisanal items produced, when possible, in the Garden State. Pâtisserie Florentine aims to bring some of the feeling & flavors of France to the East Coast, by creating an inviting bistro atmosphere, both rustic & contemporary, comfortable & convivial.
The PF team work night and day to deliver an exemplary hospitality experience, whether we cater in-house, at outside venues or simply provide a take-out order; we value customer feedback, ‘seeing through the eyes’ of our customers helps us continue to evolve and improve; small changes add to a better and complete guest experience.

At Pâtisserie Florentine we believe that giving back to the community is a small, but important way in which we can demonstrate our gratitude for your support.
We proudly serve Caffe Vita’s delicious coffee blends and single origins. They are pioneers in the Farm Direct movement where coffees are sourced directly from farmers that are committed to sustainable practices. All coffees are roasted to order and delivered weekly by our Brooklyn based roaster.
Coffee matters to us and therefore we have chosen to use one of the strongest and most consistent espresso machines – the Synesso Cyncra. Our baristas are continuously trained to improve their skills and the coffee we serve to our guests. We calibrate our grinders frequently to ensure that our extractions are of the highest standard, satisfying even the most discerning palate.
Environment & Food Matters
Our menu revolves around local, sustainable, and overall responsible procurement. We believe in using only natural sweeteners & do not use artificial substitutes or coloring.We only use exceptional ingredients: unbleached, non-GMO flours, sourced from the best millers in the region.We produce using small-batch bakery formulas that we are proud of.
