We are now offering Swedish oatmilk for your favorite coffee and here’s why:

Nutrition-wise, how does oat milk measure up other milks? One cup serving of oat milk provides 130 calories. 2.5 grams total fat. 0 grams saturated fats. 35% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) for calcium. 25 % for vitamin D. Although it has less protein than soy & cows milk it has more protein than almond, cashew, coconut, and rice milk. It has more fiber, 2 grams as opposed to cows milk, which has none and almond &

soy 1 gram per serving. Being a grain means it is cholesterol free. If you suffer from anemia and are looking for vegan options for iron intake, one serving of oat milk contains 10% of the RDA. Oats are also full of other nutrients: B vitamins; thiamin and folate. The minerals; magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, and copper, as well as a variety of other vitamins and minerals in trace amounts. Oat milk does tend to be higher in carbohydrates, but it provides energy through these carbs and fiber as opposed to fat, which can typically be the case with most nut milks, in short, it’s an immediate source of pre-workout energy!

Good to know: Baristas also favour it over other plant-based milks because of its thicker

consistency, so coffee lovers can rest easy that they won’t be missing out on their creamy cappuccinos and lattes! #lovepf #lovecoffee #loveoatmilk #patisserieflorentine
